This is the current Terms of Service. By using the Site (requesting information from bdross.com), you are agreeing to the Terms of Service. - Location of Service Provisioning. - Jurisdiction. You irrevocably consent to personal jurisdiction in the State of New Hampshire (the Exclusive Jurisdiction).
- Savings. If any part of this Terms of Service is held enforceable, then the remaining terms shall remain in full force.
